Which term defines a power equally shared by state and federal governments?

The term in question is concurrent powers. Sometimes these powers clash but sometimes they supplement each other. For example, during the articles of confederation the state powers were much larger than those of the confederation, but later it changed when the constitution was introduced which made the federal government much more powerful.
