Answer: Disapproving

This passage has a disapproving tone. It states all the bad decisions that led the speaker to the life he has now. He has lost everything, and now lives on the street. Even though the passage is mostly sad, it also has an element of disapproval. The author implies that, because all of these actions were his fault, he is now angry at himself and he disapproves of his past behaviour.
