The ratio of men to women in a certain factory is 3 to 4. There are 210 men. How many workers are there?

total ratio=3+4=7

let 'x' be the total number of workers

then 3/7*x=210

==>x=210*7/3
==>x=490

therefore the total number of workers is 490
