It is Samuel Adams that first organized a committee in Boston in 1772. Samuel Adams is usually known as a “penman of the Revolution”, his an engineer of rebellion and a master or propagandist. Even though he appears to be weak he was a strong willed politician and a sensitive leader that is very aware of the rights of the colonists.

He established the local committees to oppose British policy on the colonists by spreading propaganda.
