Volume of a cylinder= π r² h
Diameter(D)= 2r
D= 225h
D= 225(2214)= 498150 ft
498150/2=r
r= 249075 ft
h= 2214 ft

V= π (249075²)(2214)
V= π(62038355625)(2214)
V ≈ 4.32*10^(14) ft³

Answer:
The volume is about 4.32*10^(14) cubic feet.

(If I got the numbers wrong for the height or diameter please let me know and I'll fix it later today because this answer seems really large and your numbers are written weird in your question. I attached an image of how your question appeared to me)
