your answer is going to be letter B. the minimum point is in a negative spot so that cancels out A and D. the inside of the parabola is pointing up so that makes the answer B.

Answer:

Option: B is the correct answer.

The equation of blue graph is:

B.
y=(x+4)^2-3

Explanation:

We could clearly observe from the graph that the vertex of the blue graph is:

(-4,-3)

Also from the figure we could see that the parabola is a upward open parabola.Hence, the general equation of an upward open parabola is given by:

y=a(x-h)^2+k

where (h,k) denote the vertex of the parabola.

Hence, we have: (h,k)=(-4,-3)

i.e. h= -4 and k= -3

Hence, the equation of blue graph is:

y=(x-(-4))^2-3\\\\y=(x+4)^2-3
