Hello,
One thing that can help to not overtrain is take breaks every so often. Work different muscles so that you don't target a muscle group that has not fully recovered. When you overtrain, you lack of nutrients and calories to rebuild what you body broke down through exercise.

Hey there,

Your question states: "How can you avoid over training".

One way to over come this "over training" that this person is dealing with would be TO SET HARD LIMITS. There's time's when I work out either at the gym or my basement, and there's time when I would just over train my body. This is not really always good for you. I dont think so at all. This can pop my muscles cells and not only that but makes you very light headed. Thus, setting limits could be a way to avoid over training.
