(1/10) / 1 = 3 / x.....1/10 m to 1 second = 3 m to x seconds
cross multiply
(1/10)(x) = (3)(1)
1/10x = 3
x = 3 / (1/10)
x = 3 * 10/1
x = 30 seconds <====
