The hierarchy of the goals of the organization listed in the order of least specific to the most specific would be the vision statement (where the organization is headed and their goals), the mission statements (what the business stands for) and the strategic objectives (what they wish to accomplish and how they plan to do so)

Vision Statement refer to the Broad direction in which the company want to become (example: To be the largest tech company in the world)

mission statement refers to the scope of operation that company need to achieve in order to fulfill its vision (example: Providing software X to dominate market Y)

Strategic objectives refer to the strategy that is aimed to the most important issue that company has to take care of (Example: Fulfilling the orders from distrbutor Z)
