When you divide the same numbers with powers, you subtract the powers to simplify it.
So with 6² /
the powers are subtract:
(² ⁻ ⁴ = ⁻²)
6⁻² / 6⁴ =
6⁻²
6⁻² as a fraction is
1/36
So the answer is
