6/5=78/women
Women=(78)(5)/(6)=65
Total of employees=78+65=143 people

6:5 (men to women)
Plug in men, and let women= w)
78:w
78/6= 13
5*13= 65
78:65
Now, add those numbers together.
78+65= 143
There are 143 employees.
