Find the horizontal asymptote of f(x)=3/5x

Please explain briefly how you got the answer, please.

For a horizontal asymptote to exist, the denominator has to have a degree higher than the numerator. If this is the case, the x-axis will always be the horizontal asymptote, unless the function has a constant added to the end. So the function 3/5x, the asymptote is y = 0.
