Yes the diplomacy needs to look different in the 21st century. We are currently living in the digital era and hence the diplomacy should be shifted from face to face conversation to other means of communication such as E-mails, Skype, etc. But use of such digital medium should also be limited. The results obtained through face to face interaction can be completely different from a normal digital medium communication.
