Answer : $407,000

p = 1.65t² + 18.25t + 155 where p is the price of the house since 2010

In the year 2010, the value of t= 0

In the year 2018, the value of t= 8

To find the price of the house in year 2018, we plug in 8 for 't' and find out p

p = 1.65t² + 18.25t + 155

p = 1.65(8)² + 18.25(8) + 155

p = 105.6 + 146 + 155

p = 406.6 = 407 (in thousands of dollars)

$407,000 is the best estimate for the price of the house in year 2018.
