Option C: Kicking

The fibula is the thin, long and side bone of the lower leg. The tibia bone is parallel to the fibula bone and plays an important role in stabilizing the ankle. It also supports the muscles in the lower leg. The length of both fibula and tibia bones are same but the thickness of fibula bone is slightly less than that of tibia bone. Due to this difference in thickness, both have different roles: The role of tibia is to handle the weight of body from the knees to the ankles and role of fibula is to support the tibia bone.
