2 C6H6 + 15 O2 = 12 CO2 + 6 H2O
2 moles C6H6 -------------------- 6 moles H2O8.73 moles C6H6 --------------- ( moles H2O)
( moles H2O) = 8.73 x 6 / 2
( moles H2O) = 52.38 / 2
= 26.19 moles of H2O
Molar mass H2O = 18.00 g/mol
1 mole -------------- 18.00 g26.19 moles ----- ( mass of H2O)
mass of H2O = 26. 19 x 18.00 => 471.42 g of water
hope this helps!
