Based on your prior work experience, which of these would bother you most? vague reasons for company policies low pay lack of cooperation between employees poor planning of the work uncomfortable working conditions lack of recognition all of these would bother me does not apply because i have no prior work experience not sure

Low pay would be my greatest concern. Then i would not like uncomfortable working conditions, especially if this included a lack of ergonomics. Arbitrary company policies can lead to confusion and non-compliance. And of course poor planning wastes everyone's time and efforts. These would bother me in the order listed.
