1: Myth: A dead organism is the same as a nonliving thing in science.

Fact: In science, dead is not the same as non-living.

Evidence: Things that are nonliving never had the characteristics of life, and never will. Things that are dead once did have characteristics of life, but then they die, then they lose some characteristics. That is why dead and nonliving are not the same thing.

2: I haven't done that yet sorry :(

3: Myth: Tigers and goldfish are not related.

Fact: They may not look as closely related as they seem however, they are both vertebrate animals. They share some characteristics and belong to the same phylum.

Evidence: Tigers and Goldfish belong to different “classes”. Tigers (Panthera tigers) belong to class mammalian, while goldfish (Carassius auratus) belong to class Actinopterygii. However, they both belong to the Phylum Chordata.

1. A dead organism is different from a non-living organism due to the fact that a non-living organism has never lived so it has not died. In the past the dead organism was alive to which it may be dead now.
2. No, the linnaeus system of classification can always change. Due to a new species being found or something not fitting certain descriptions. The Linnaeus system is based off of these important elements. domain, kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, species.
3. I'm sorry but I just don't understand number 3 the most. Do you mean Tigers in general, Tiger goldfish, tiger barbs? If you could clarify it I might be able to help.
