Let s represents mass of 1 sack of rice and w represents mass of 1bag of sugar .

It is given in the question that

The total mass of 2 sacks of rice and 3 bags of sugar was 32 kg

That is

2s+3w=32

And

each sack of rice was 6 kg heavier than all the bags of sugar. That is

s= 3w+6

Substituting the value of s in the first equation, we will get

2(3w+6)+3w=32\\6w+12 +3w=32\\9w = 20\\w =20/9 kg

So mass of 1 bag of sugar is 20/9 kg. Therefore mass of 1 sack of rice is

3*(20)/(9)+6 = (38)/(3) kg
