This question has to do with the correct form of present simple tense for each person. Here, you should know that this form for every person looks the same, except for third person (he, she, it) where you have to add -s.
Having this in mind, these are the correct answers:

2. She speaks highly of the new president of the company.
3. Grace usually sleeps longer than her sister.
