Hey there,
Your correct answer would be 10 because as you do 69+10 you get 79.
10 is your answer.

When finding x, you need to balance the equation.
To balance the equation, you need to do the inverse to the other side to get x all by itself.
x+69(-69)= 79(-69)
x= 10
