We can divide the impulse by the time to determine the average force. Given an impulse of 150 N-s, and a contact time of 0.0307 s, the average force is:
150 N-s / 0.0307 s = 4886 N

Note that the impulse is the change in momentum, so they have the same units of N-s or kg-m/s.
