1. desire for revenge = B. Hamlet
Hamlet's father, the king, died suddenly and initially everybody thought he died of natural causes. However, the king's ghost appeared before Hamlet to inform him that he in fact was murdered. Hamlet spends the rest of the play trying to figure out who killed his father, or rather to get a conformation from Claudius, the king's own brother. Claudius killed the king in order to later marry his wife and become the next king of Denmark, which is why obviously Hamlet wanted to revenge his father.
2. respect for her father = C. Ophelia
Ophelia is Hamlet's love interest - they were always together since they were kids, and it is indicated that they will get married at one point. However, that was before the king was killed. After his death, Hamlet went a little mad wanting to get his revenge, and Ophelia went literally crazy after realizing that Hamlet doesn't really care about her, which is why she committed suicide. While she was alive though, she always listened to her father and did whatever he told her to.
3. guilt = D. Claudius
I wouldn't really say that this is the main attribute that characterizes Claudius, but it is the most correct among these options. Claudius murdered his own brother in order to marry his wife and become king of Denmark. He poisoned him, hoping that everyone would think he died of natural causes. However, there is one scene in the play when Claudius shows remorse for what he did, but in the end, he says that there was nothing else he could have done and that it is too late now to feel guilt.
4. mixed loyalties = A. Gertrude
On one hand, Gertrude feels that she should be loyal to Hamlet and her late husband, but on the other hand, she remarried, so obviously she should also be devoted to her new husband, Claudius. This is creating a tear in Gertrude's character, not knowing who to side with, given that her son and her new husband really hate each other and ultimately try and succeed to kill each other at the end of the play, when everyone apart from Horatio dies.
