Equality by definition is having something similar to someone else, but not exactly...
What this means is that my amazing life, could be viewed to you as an awful life, and vice versa. What this does not mean, is if I punch after you punched me, both of us don't get in the same amount of trouble. You would get in trouble more than I, and I would get in trouble less because although I did punch you, it was through self-defense.
Now, what is Equality in this country?
In the declaration of independence it says that equality is having the same rights as everyone else, and if you get deprived of your rights (by law and not breaking a law) than others too also get their rights deprived. But if you break a law, than only you get your rights deprived. One man cannot have the same life as another, but all men are guaranteed the right to have rights to protect their life, their family's life, and their loved one's life...
This is what equality means in this country...
