When a food is low in a specific nutrient it has five percent or less of that nutrient.
When a food has 20% or more of a certain nutrient, we can say that is high in that nutrient.
You can read this percentages in labels.
For example, a iogurt that says 21% of proteins and 5% of fat. That means it's high in proteins and low in fat.
