It is a single issue interest group. It doesn't deal with religious freedom or with civil rights or anything similar. Their goal is to protect and help people who have cancer or to support people who survived cancer and are struggling with consequences that cancer left on their bodies. The single issue part means that they have a goal which is based around the single issue which is in question and they help equally all people who are involved in the issue, it's not a matter of fighting for human rights or anything similar.
