CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) can be defined as the small amount of memory on a computer motherboard that stores the BIOS settings.

yes CMOS ( Complementary metal oxide semiconductor ) will still be able to exist in the upcoming days and in the near future

the reason behind this is

Besides improvements, CMOS technology is still very promising .

semiconductors are so widely used in computer systems that to ignore them is simply impossible
