C is the answer because water and carbon dioxide are left over after and mitochondria is the thing in the cell that converts everything.

Explanation;
Cellular respiration is the process by which animals and plant cells generate energy in the form of ATP to be used to drive cellular activities such as transport and cell division.
During cellular respiration food substances such as glucose are broken down in presence of oxygen gas to generate energy in the form of ATP, and water and carbon dioxide as byproducts.
;Cellular respiration occurs in three stages; glycolysis, Kreb's cycle and electron transport chain.
