Each face of a small cube has a surface area of 0.25 square meters. A larger cube has edges that are six times as long as the edges of the small cube. What is the volume of the larger cube?

Surface area of a cube is
6• area of a face or
6• (edge•edge)= 0.25 for the small cube
edge^2= 0.25/6
edge = sqrt ( 0.25/6)=.2041241452

Volume of large cube is
(Edge•6)^3=1.837117307 cube meters
