Slope-intercept form: y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

1. Graph it by first labeling the y intercept (b)
2. Then calculate the slope by using two points that are on the line with the formula: (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
3. Label points using rise over run starting at the y-intercept.
