If the coordinates are reflected to x-axis, the y-coordinate will be the opposite and the x-coordinate will remain the same.
(x,y) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (x,-y)

If the coordinates are reflected to y-axis, the x-coordinate will be the opposite and the y-coordinate will remain the same.
(x,y) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (-x,y)

Number 3
Reflected to x-axis
A(2,0) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (2,0) (not change because it's located on x-axis)
B(1,5) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (1,-5)
C(4,3) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (4,-3)

Reflected to y-axis
A(2,0) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (-2,0)
B(1,5) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (-1,5)
C(4,3) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (-4,3)

Number 4
Reflected to x-axis
D(-2,-5) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (-2,5)
E(-2,-2) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (-2,2)
F(1,-2) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (1,2)
G(2,-5) ⇒ reflected to x-axis ⇒ (2,5)

Reflected to y-axis
D(-2,-5) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (2,-5)
E(-2,-2) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (2,-2)
F(1,-2) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (-1,-2)
G(2,-5) ⇒ reflected to y-axis ⇒ (-2,-5)
