area of parallelogram = bh
let h = height
base = 4h
area < 200
bh < 200
4h * h < 200
4h^2 < 200
h^2 < 50
h < sqrt(50)
h < 5sqrt(2)

What u have to do is divide.
200/4 = 50
50 is the answer
