Hey there,

So his taxes are the national taxes which are 29% and the state taxes which are 6%.

So together he has (29+6) 35 percent worth of taxes.
That means the other items must be 65% as 100%-35% is 65%.

So the answer is optionA,65%.

Look at the key to figure out which colors represent taxes. 29% and 6% are the percentages for federal and state taxes. To find the percentage of all the expenses other than taxes, just subtract them from 100%

100-29-6= 65%
