This is a bit ambiguous. Do you mean we divide
25xy^4 + 60xy^3 by 5xy, or that we divide only 60xy^3 by 5xy?
In the former case, please enclose
25xy^4 + 60xy^3 inside parentheses:
(
25xy^4 + 60xy^3 ) / 5xy = 5y^3 + 12y^2 = y^2(5y + 12).
