It depends on what you eat and what you are doing to take care of that pimple. You have a pimple on your nose because of puberty and you can get pimples almost anywhere.

If you do anything that causes sweat, (such as exercising etc.) and proceed to touch your face, the pores on your face become clogged causing blackheads, pimples, and overall acne. Hope this helps.
