Deductive reasoning: Basically you take like 2 statements and come to a conclusion.

Problem solving: You have the problem, and after thinking, along with putting things together, you come to a conclusion

The similarities: For both, you put things together and come to a conclusion.

P.S. Hope this helped

Answer:

Deductive problem solving is comprehensive and derives factual conclusions.

Step-by-step explanation:

Most people or teams tasked with solving a problem don’t start with a problem statement, then build a hypothesis tree, and then spend weeks or months proving and disproving the different branches of the hypothesis tree, but top strategy consulting firms do.
