No, they are not proportionate.

Answer with explanation:

Number of Players in a team =18 player

Number of Players in four team =19 player

Number of Players in 5 teams=18 + 19×4

=18 +76

=94 players

→5 teams =94 players


\rightarrow 1\text{team}=(94)/(5)\text{player}

which is a fraction.

Hence, number of players NOT proportional to the number of teams.
