Factoring out (x-3), we get (7x^2+5) (x-3). That is your answer, I hope this helps :).

The given polynomial is :

7 x^3-21 x^2+ 5 x - 15

Factorizing it by taking common factor among two terms

→7 x²(x-3) + 5 (x-3)

Taking (x-3) , common between two terms of the above expression, then the given expression is reduced in the form of,

→(x-3)(7 x² +5)→→Completely factored form of polynomial
7 x^3-21 x^2+ 5 x - 15
