All you need to do is plug 19 in for x and solve.

f(19) = 3/(19+2) - sqrt(19-3) = 1/7 - sqrt(16)= 1/7 - 4

The answer is -3.8571 or as a fraction -27/7

Answer:

f(x)= (3)/(x+2)- √(x-3)

the given function has domain

x+2≠0

x≠ -2

x-3≥0

x≥3

That is , x ∈ [3,∞]

Now, calculating ,f (19)

f(19)= (3)/(19+2)-√(19-3)\\\\ = (3)/(21) - √(16)\\\\ f(19)=(1)/(7)-4\\\\=(1-28)/(7)\\\\=(-27)/(7)

f(19)=-[3(6)/(7)]
