The organization/employer is responsible for safety at the work place. Also, a safe work place has increased productivity.

A needlestick injury is the penetration of the skin by a needle or other sharp object, which has been in contact with blood, tissue or other body fluids before the exposure. Though physiological impact is negligible, these can lead to transmission of infectious diseases.

Since the physical safety of employees is the responsibility of the employer/organization and the incident happened at the work place, the laboratory test must be provided at no cost to the employee.

Hence, the right answer is A. Provided at no cost to you.
