First you find the circumference... 2pi*r... and then you multiply that by 2.125. To find out the total amount of meters that the man walks!

We are given radius of circle as 4m.

Now if a man walks around a circle means we are considering the circumference here.

Circumference of circle can be found with the formula:

Circumference = 2* \pi *r

Where r = radius of circle and pi = 3.14

plugging these values in the formula ,

Circumference = 2* 3.14 *4

Circumference = 25.12 m

Now distance covered by man when he walks around the circle once = 25.12m

distance covered by man when he walks around the circle 2.125 times = 25.12 *2.125 = 53.38 m

Answer : 53.38 m
