Answer: the answer is A

Step-by-step explanation: it’s not C because he can’t run 9.5 miles in 0 minutes. It’s not D because he can’t run a mile in less than a minute. It’s not B because those are flipped, he can run 1 mile in 9.5 minute not 9.5 miles in 1 minute. The only one that makes sense is A.
