Since this is an isosceles triangle (indicated by the two tick marks on the sides), we know that the base angles are congruent, and we therefore know that x = 30 degrees.

Since interior angles of a triangle always add to equal 180 degrees, we can find y using the following equation:

180 = 30 + 30 + y
180 = 60 + y
120 = y

We can further deduce that z also equals 24, since, as stated before, the two sides with the tick marks are congruent.

Answer:
x = 30 degrees
y = 120 degrees
z = 24
