Each time x increases by 1, y decreases by 4

Going in reverse, if we decrease x by 1, then we increase y by 4
So the pair (x,y) = (1,4) shown in row 2 will lead to (0,8) if we use the trick of increasing y by 4 when decreasing x by 1.
