Each time a consumer eats the producer the amount of energy they get will be 10% less, it would be 1,093.5 hope this helps

Only 10% of energy is passed on to the next level. Since the first level consumers have 1500 calories then the 2nd level consumers will get 150 calories. Then the 3rd level consumers will get 15 calories of energy.
