Find the slope
m = (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)
m = (-8-8)/(0+7)
m = -16/7
Find the equation
y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 8 = -16/7 (x + 7)
7(y -8) = -16 (x + 7)
7y - 56 = -16x - 112
16x + 7y = -56
