First, look into my attachment
∠A = ∠C
2m = 70°
m = 70°/2
m = 35°

The sum of angles inside parallelogram is 360°
∠A = ∠C
∠B = ∠D

∠A + ∠B + ∠C + ∠D = 360°
70° + n + 70° + n = 360°
140° + 2n = 360°
2n = 220°
n = 110°

m=70/2=35

n=(360-70*2)/2=110
