We can clearly see the y-intercept is (0, 4). Now to find the slope.

We have the points (0, 4) and (-1, 0). We find the slope by dividing the change in y-values by the change in x-values:

y1 - y2 / x1 - x2
4 - 0 / 0 - (-1)
4 / 0 + 1
4 / 1
4

The slope is 4, therefore the equation of the graph is:

y = 4x + 4 (the first option)

Hope this helps.
