Mexico's leaders who are in the reign between the period of it's independence in 1821 and before it's revolution in 1910 are Santa Anna, Benito Juarez, and Porfirio Diaz in the order of their power. Mexico got its independence from Spain in 1821. Santa Anna and Porfirio Diaz led Mexico as dictators and Benito Juarez made many liberal reforms in his governance.
