When I multiplied 0.48 * 591 I got 283.68 ...
To round you always look at the number after the decimal point which is 6. If the number is higher than 5 the number to the left of the decimal goes up. If it is lower than 4 the number to the left of the decimal stays the same.. So ... because the number to the right of my decimal is higher than a 5 the new rounded number is ....... 284!
